Charles Dargan, CPA/CFA

Mr. Dargan began his investment banking career with Drexel Burnham Lambert and later became Managing Director of two regional firms, including The Seidler Companies. He has extensive experience with public companies having served in both financial (CFO) and operational (VP Operations) capacities. Additionally Charles has advised numerous private and public companies on both internal accounting and corporate finance. Mr. Dargan holds MBA and MS Finance degrees from the University of Southern California and an AB in Government and Economics from Dartmouth. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant and also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 Securities licenses.
