James L. Watts, Founder & CEO

Mr. Watts has been in the investment banking business in California since 1986 and held senior positions with two regional firms prior to founding Pacific Summit Capital. At those firms, he participated in all aspects of corporate finance activities including private placements, mergers & acquisitions, valuations/fairness opinions and public stock offerings. Jim received his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, his MA in International Economics from the American University in Washington, DC and his JD from the Washington College of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, the American Bar Association and holds Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 Securities licenses.
